What we do
From drawing to part, with a single point of contact
5-axis machining and CNC turning
Complex geometries are machined in a single set-up on 5-axis centres; turned parts such as bushings, shafts, pins and collars are finished on Y-axis, live-tool CNC lathes, cross holes included.
From prototype to series
From a single sample to batches of thousands, on the same machine park and with the same inspection discipline.
Range of materials
Aluminium, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass, copper, all traceable through material certificates. Plastic components are supplied by the customer or made by an approved supplier; we assemble them in-house.
Inspection and documentation
Inspection on a DEA CMM, with a measurement report per part on request. Quality documents ship with the delivery.

Machine park
7 machining centres and 2 CNC lathes on 1,250 m² of covered floor. Inspection is carried out on a DEA CMM in an air-conditioned room held at 21–22 °C; FAI and PPAP documentation ships with the delivery.

5-axis machining and turning
Five of our seven machining centres are 5-axis; our two CNC lathes finish cross-work in the same set-up thanks to the Y axis and live tooling. No stacking of set-up errors, shorter lead times.
Measured precision
We don’t promise precision, we measure it. Every batch is checked on a DEA coordinate measuring machine; a per-part measurement report is available on request.
Fast turnaround
Running three shifts, prototype parts never wait; for series batches the date in the quotation is the date we keep. Machine load is planned weekly to protect deadlines.
Regular communication
We keep you informed at order confirmation, material receipt, production and dispatch. When something comes up, you know exactly who to call.
